How Much Sleep Do You Lose In Your Baby’s First Year?

2816

When becoming a parent, we’ve all heard about how we can say goodbye to a peaceful night’s sleep and hello to constant fatigue. But how much sleep do you actually lose in the first year of having your baby?

According to Netmums, it has been revealed how much sleep you actually lose as a new parent in the year following the birth. And the answer is:

970 hours!

Of course if you’re lucky enough to have a baby who loves their sleep, this number will be lower. But on average, you lose 970 hours of sleep in your baby’s first year.
