According to Netmums, it has been revealed how much sleep you actually lose as a new parent in the year following the birth. And the answer is:
Of course if you’re lucky enough to have a baby who loves their sleep, this number will be lower. But on average, you lose 970 hours of sleep in your baby’s first year.
